Cattle farms mostly found a problem about carcass quality carcases ,had not\u00a0lean\u00a0meat content\u00a0and high amount of fat layer. Some farms attempt to improve that by using beta-agonist in cattle feed which is illegal additive in livestock. ASP had started to develop COFIN #Cofin
\nCofin is a feed supplement products for improving carcass quality in cattle. By increasing lean meat and reducing fat layer. After ASP Ruminant developed this product, we did cooperate with Faculty Of Agriculture Kasetsart University (Department of Animal Science) by doing scientific trial.
\nSixteen male Brahman crossbred , 200-250 kilograms\/cattle with 1-2 years of age were in the experimental in open housing, were divided into 2 groups
\n1) Control feed 2) Control feed mixed COFIN 1 Kg\/Ton of feed<\/p>\n
The results were showed that 1. Cofin can improve loin eye\u00a0area
\n2. Cofin can increase dressing percentage
\n4.Cofin can increase softening of meat texture<\/p>\n
Dosage : 1 kilograms per ton of feed or 1 table spoon per cattle per day<\/p>\n
